EXCITING NEWS FOR TEEN TURF

We are excited to announce a new approach to Youth Ministries. We are going to incorporate a monthly youth worship night where the youth band will lead the teens in an exciting worship experience. We are also going to take one Sunday night a month just to hang out and have fun, playing games, eating, etc. This new schedule will be as follows:

The 1st and 3rd Sunday nights of the month there will be lessons, activities and discussions headed by Kendall and Audrey Mauldin. The Junior High Teens will meet from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. and the Senior High Teens will meet from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

The 2nd Sunday night of each month will be a fun and food night where both Junior High Teens and Senior High Teens will meet at the same time. This time together will be filled with exciting team games and other events to help all youth connect with each other. The start time will be 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.

The 4th Sunday night of each month will be Youth Worship Night where both Junior High Teens and Senior High Teens will meet at the same time 6:00-7:30 P.M. The Youth Band will be leading the worship and then there will inspirational or informative videos the help the youth grow in their walk in Christ.

On months where there is a 5th Sunday, these nights will be designated family nights and the teens will have the opportunity to stay at home and connect with their parents. We encourage all parents to plan a family activity for that evening.
