Our 4,800 square foot multi-purpose addition is in full swing.  Upon completion, the new addition will house a 2,200 square foot fellowship hall complete with kitchen, three classrooms, the Pastor's Office and a Secretary's Office.  We are excited about the facility and believe it will be a great addition to our church and community.

Stallion Springs is located approximately 15 miles west of the City of Tehachapi, California.  It is a Community Services District formed under the laws of the State of California.

Over 150 years ago, travelers passed through what was to become Cummings Valley, using the Tehachapi-Willow Springs Road (trail) on their way west.  Francoise Chanac (Chanac Creek passes beneath the Covered Bridge) and George Cummings grew wheat and raised cattle in the area.  Several owners later, the property belonged to Rex Ellsworth who experienced difficulty in operating a ranch area and sold his property to Benquet Industries.  This property is now Stallion Springs.

At the suggestion of Mr. Alan Wexler, a small group of "founders" met to discuss the formation of a non-denominational Church in our Community.  The "founders" were Alan Wexler, Cecil and florence Blackford, Dean Donahue and John and Cornelia Gollnick.  On January 21, 1999, the first service church was held in the Boom Town Theater.  John Gollnick became our Pastor.  The church incorporated in October of 1999.

Our new church building was completed and dedicated just two years later on November 18, 2001.
